Enforcement procedure

If, once a request for accessible information or a complaint has been made, it has been rejected, the person concerned does not agree with the decision adopted, or the response does not meet the requirements set out in article 12.5, the person concerned may file a claim. A claim may also be initiated if twenty working days have passed without receiving a response. The claim may be submitted by email, as well as through the other options set out in Law 39/2015, of 1 October, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations. Claims will be received and handled by the company.
